Skills Required : Oracle 12C and 19C database, performance tuning
Oracle OLTP and/or OLAP-type database
applications, Data Guard, Active Data Guard, and
Goldengate.

Senior Oracle RAC Database Administrator with proven production 24/7 support
experience.

Responsible for maintaining the availability of Oracle on various platforms Solaris,
Linux Version 11g and 10g databases in production and non-production
environments.

The candidate will demonstrate superior knowledge of Oracle 12C and 19C database
features and tuning methodologies.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
 
Extensive experience in performance tuning Oracle OLTP, and/or OLAP type
database applications.

Extensive experience in upgrading Oracle, and strong exposure to the database
encryption (both in transit and at rest)
Extensive knowledge in using OEM tools and performing database replay Oracle
data replication experience: Data Guard, Active Data Guard, and Goldengate.

Oracle Grid Control – monitoring, configuration, and deployment.

Integrate/collaborate with application development and support teams on various
DBA projects.

Oversee activities performed by less experienced DBAs for quality and consistency.

Contribute to improving and creating DBA policies, procedures, and standards.

Design, implement, and maintain standardized, scalable, and effectively monitored
database environment Strong exposure in providing the data architecture, physical
database design, replication, and data integration.

Ensure that the database environment is running effectively, including RMAN backups
and disaster recovery.

On-call and weekend support.
