Robotic Process Automation Developer Requirements:
5+ years of RPA development experience using tools like Automation
5+ years of IT Industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or a related
Must have worked in full RPA life cycle from requirements definition
through workflow development, testing and deployment, successfully
completed at least 3 enterprise-level engagements
Around 2 years of experience in building Intelligent Document processing
solutions using AWS Technologies like AWS Textract and
Comprehend and build AWS Lambda functions with Python.
Must be able to quickly understand technical roadmaps, industry best
practices for implementing RPA and weaving them into business
solutions required by various program offices.
Exposure or knowledge of the use of AI in Automation projects
Highly dependable and detail- and action-oriented.
Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present technical topics to
non-technical and technical teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal technical
team and customers, stakeholders.
