• Minimum 5+ Years of Hands-on Experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll Module as Functional Consultant/Techno-Functional Consultant
• Solid technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and data model and Multi-Org concepts.
• 3 End to End Projects Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll module.
• Ability to drive the projects Independently and work with Business Stakeholders.
• Hands on experience with Fast Formulas and Costing.
• Hands on experience with HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts and OTBI Reports
• Hands on experience in US Taxation and year end issues.
• Implementation experience on Payroll Conversions, configurations, Mid-Year Balance migrations
• Hands on Experience working in ADP Reporting and Integration issues
